Dick Riley has over 35 years in the real estate appraisal field.  He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Washington state.  Dick has been an instructor in real estate appraisal at our local community college, and conducts private classes for real estate agents.  He has just completed his 20th year as an Economic Forecast panelist for The Columbian newspaper.  Golf, cooking, running and travel take up his leisure time.

 

John Marks has over 40 years of experience in real estate appraisal.  He holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, and is a State Certified General Appraiser in both Washington and Oregon.  John is a past president of the Vancouver Sunrise Rotary Club, and has been actively involved with Youth Soccer, The Salvation Army Advisory Board, and various other community programs.  Leisure activities include golf, gardening and spending time with the grandchildren.

 

Steve Redmond has approximately 10 years of experience appraising many types of properties in SW Washington.  Steve is a Certified General Appraiser in Washington and Oregon.  He is a graduate of the University of Portland and has taken a number of courses from the Appraisal Institute, where he is a candidate for the MAI designation.  He is active with the Vancouver Sunrise Rotary Club, St. Joseph's Church and the Clark County Indoor Sports Center.  He enjoys fishing, hiking and baseball.
